1994 Personal exhibition in Austin, Texas; on this occasion, was interviewed by CBS. Also was honored "Honorary Texan" by the Governor of the state of Texas and "Honorary Citizen of the city of Austin" by Bruce Todd, Mayor of Austin.
 

1993 Exhibition "Artist and Time" organized under the aegis of the International Foundation "European Forum" in 1993. Awarded the Special Prize of the Jury for his painting "Perpetuity".
 

1992 Participated in the International Competition entitled "Ecology" in the city of Sofia. He was awarded the Prize of the distinguished Jury.
 

1991 First Prize in the category of "Portrait" by the Rousse Chapter at the annual exhibition "Autumnal Salon" 91 in the Rousse, Bulgaria; all winners were picked by a jury selected and impaneled by a committee from the Association of Bulgarian Artists, Sofia.
 

1991 Front-cover, back-page and 5 illustrations for the book "Zone 5" (Science-Fiction), ordered and published by Publishing House "Gemini".
Alexander Georgiev Dimitrov is a permanent member of the Association of Bulgarian Artists and a member of the Associations Chapter in Rousse and that, as such, he has been invited to participate as a juror at the following National Art Exhibitions:
• National Youth Exhibition, August 1990, in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• OHI "Rohdope", 1990 in the city of Smolian, Bulgaria.
• VOHI "Ecology", city of Sofia.
• "Autumnal Exhibition", Fall 92, Sofia.
Alexander Georgiev Dimitrov, member of the Association of Bulgarian Artists, and of the Associations Rousse Chapter has participated in the following International Conferences and exhibitions, by years as follows:
• International Conference on Fine Arts, 1983 in Potsdam, Germany. On this occasion, German Newspaper "Markishe Volkstimme", on July 30, 1983 wrote in its columns about this exhibition, with a reproduction of his painting "Association", a photo of him, along with two other photos of the exhibition.
• International Conference on Fine Arts, Torun, Poland.
• International Conference on Fine Arts, 1988 in Rousse, Bulgaria, as the leader of the Bulgarian delegation.
• May's Art Festivities, 1989 in Liege, Belgium.
• International Conference on Fine Arts, 1990 in Amsterdam, Holland.
 

1988 Personal exhibition in the "Foyer" hall of Theatre "Sofia", Bulgaria. In connection with this exhibition came out an article in the newspaper "Narodna Miadesh'" with a reproduction of one of his paintings.
An article came out in the newspaper "Vashot" with a reproduction of one of his paintings, as he was participating in the National Exhibition "Ludogorie".
In Radio Center Rousse on February 15, 1988: Also an interview on the subject: "The Ecological Motive" in his works. The interview was broadcasted on the national Radio, Sofia, Radio Program "Horizon" on February 18, 1988.
 

1985 The regional Television Center-Rousse shot and broadcasted on National Television a 12-minute documentary dedicated to Paris works, the places where he painted, his achievements in Hyperrealism.
 

1984 Personal exhibition took place at the factory "fazan" in response to an invitation by the workers who had expressed a desire for a closer cooperation with members of the group of the Atelier of the Young Artists of Rousse. The Art captured the exhibition space and it became a spiritual component of the everyday work-life of the factory. Two articles came out in the newspaper "Dounavska Pravada" about
the exhibition with a reproduction of one painting, on May 25, 1984, and on June 20, 1984.
Interviewed in Radio Center Rousse, (Entertainment Program) on February 7, 1984 on the subject: Rousse's Artists and their creative work".
 

1983 The Association of Bulgarian Artists issues a Certificate certifying him as member of the Association of Bulgarian Artists, division of "Paintings" since 1983.
 

1980 Publication and reproduction of the paintings "Memory" and "Self-portrait" in the Art Magazine "Iskustvo", July 1980; the two paintings were bought afterwards by the National Art Gallery.
 

1979 A certificate was issued to him in verification that he has been a member of the Atelier of Young Artists since 1979.
 

1976 Certified as a member of the Rousse Chapter of the Association of Bulgarian Artists (ABA). He has participated in all exhibitions organized by the ABA since that time.
